14.1 These C onditions of Carriage shall take effect and become effective on September 1, 2021. From the effective date, our "BEIJING AIRLINES CO., LTD GENERAL CONDITIONS OF DOMESTIC CARRIAGE FOR PASSENGER AND BAGGAGE" released and taking effect on October 1, 2018 will be rescinded at the same time. Tickets purchased before September 1, 2021 are still subject to the g eneral conditions of carriage applicable at the time of ticket purchase.

14.2 We have the right to modify these C onditions of Carriage and other documents that are part of these C onditions of Carriage without prior notice, but such modifications do not apply to the transportation that has already started or tickets already purchased before such modification s are made .

14.3 Our employees and agents have no right to change, modify or waive any provisions in these C onditions of Carriage .

14.4 The right to interpret these C onditions of Carriage r esides with Beijing Airlines Co., Ltd. If you have any questions about any s pecifics of these C onditions of Carriage , please directly c heck with us . Our written reply (including email) to you is deemed binding , and any other way of reply not binding upon us .
