Payments for Passengers’ Temporary Living Expenses

Domestic Transportation

Economy Class and Premium Economy Class: 200 yuan/person

Business Class: 400 yuan/person

First Class: 600 yuan/person

International and Regional Transportation

Economy Class and Premium Economy Class: 300 yuan/person

Business Class: 500 yuan/person

First Class: 800 yuan/person

Notes:

1. If a passenger's checked baggage fails to arrive on the same flight that has brought the passenger to his/her destination due to Air China's reasons and we confirm that the checked baggage cannot be delivered on the same day, we will make such payments for the temporary living expenses of the passenger whose travel destination is not his/her place of residence.

2. At the place of departure, if we have confirmed with a passenger that his/her checked baggage falls into the category of late delivery, no payments for temporary living expenses will be made.
